These terms govern your use of the AI Assistant Launchpad service provided by Build My Assistant ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing and using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

The AI Assistant Launchpad is a guided chat session that helps you build a custom AI assistant instruction sheet for one business process. Each $7 AUD payment gives you access to one session.

What you receive

  • A private chat session with an AI guide
  • A custom instruction sheet for an AI assistant tailored to your business process
  • The ability to copy, download, and use the instruction sheet
  • 7 days of post-session support to help you get set up
  • Ongoing access to your Playbook and chat history via your unique link

Intellectual property

The instruction sheet generated during your session is yours to use. You own the output and can use it however you like in your business.

No guarantees

While we aim to provide useful and accurate instruction sheets, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using the AI assistants built with our service. Results depend on how the instructions are implemented and the specifics of your business.

Refunds

As a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your session, contact us at hello@buildmyassistant.co and we will work with you to resolve it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service for legitimate business purposes. You must not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build My Assistant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session ($7 AUD).

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page.
